We ship from our USA facilities via either USPS, UPS or FedEX for US Domestic Orders. 

For orders abroad, we ship using DHL, Canada Post, or the corresponding mailing service in the destination country.

Orders normally take between 1-5 business days for processing. 

After professing your orders should be received in 1-2 weeks. 

Order cancellation

All orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours because they are already sent for processing. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 1 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds
